Welcome to the website of Green and White Youth Association, Inc., a nonprofit organization based in Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania. By using this website, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Purpose of the website

This website shares information about our youth football, cheerleading and softball programs, our events, and ways to volunteer and give. The content is provided for general information. While we work to keep it accurate and up to date, schedules, fees and program details can change, and the most current information will always come directly from our board, coaches and official announcements.

Not professional advice

Articles on our blog discuss topics such as safety, nutrition, conditioning and parenting in youth sports. They are written to inform and encourage, not to replace the advice of a doctor, athletic trainer or other qualified professional. Always consult a medical professional about injuries, health conditions or concerns specific to your child.

Donations

Donations made to Green and White Youth Association, Inc. support our charitable mission. We are a 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 23-2270974, and gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We honor donor designations whenever possible. If a designated program is discontinued or fully funded, we will use the gift for the most closely related need. Requests for refunds of donations made in error should be sent to us within 30 days and will be reviewed in good faith.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, logos and graphics on this website belong to Green and White Youth Association, Inc. or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with credit. Please do not copy, sell or reuse our photos, especially photos of children, without written permission.

Acceptable use

When using this website or contacting us through it, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information, including on the donation or contact forms
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to harass, threaten or harm others
